Perform week 2 at 90% of week ones heavy single. 90 sec rest between each working set.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
2 x 1 min max rep barbell Power clean cycling. @70/50kg
OR same weight as last week.
Aim is to increase rep range on week ones performance.
2 mins rest between each set.
Score for total reps out of both sets.

10 min Relay AMRAP:
Squat clean ladder
+ 1 x rope climb
Males V Females
Males: 45/50/60/70/80 + rope climb
Females: 25/30/37.5/42.5/50 + 1 rope climb
Scaled 2 x rope climb from seated to standing position.
If you cannot advance to the next weight in the ladder you must stay at the weight you can manage and get 5 total lifts in before rope climbing.
