Build up and complete 5 sets of 5 reps at the same weight of Barbell bench press.
Dumbbell Bent Over Row (4 x 8 reps each side)
Single arm prone DB bent over row. Use the same weight for the 4 sets.
4 x 8 each side of:
Dumbbell Single arm hammer curl into strict press
60 sec rest
