Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (4 x 10)

4 Sets 10 Reps

You may build or stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets.

Barbell Landmine Press (4 x 8 each side)

This peace should be explosive

(moderate weight)

GHD Hip Extensions (No Measure)

Using Red bands (explosive)

4 x 6-8 Reps

Rest as needed between sets.

“Beach Pump” (2 Rounds for weight)

Using Two Light Dumbbells, Go Unbroken:

1- 10 Bicep Curls

2- 10 Strict Press

3- 10 Bent Over Rows

4- 10 Upright Rows

5- 10 Tricep Kick Backs

6- 10 Lateral Raises

7- 10 Hammer Curls

8- 10 Push Press

9- 10 Bent Over Fly’s

10- 10 Reverse Front Raises

Even if you need to stop, don’t put the dumbbells down!
