Start with both partners at the rower. Partner A rows while partner B rest. Partner B starts once Partner A completes the rower. Reset rower each time. Once both partners are underway, the workout keeps flowing in that order. If partner B overtakes Partner A, partner A must wait to follow on. All workload must be complete by both partners before starting second round.
