400m Row 1:1
300m Row 1:1
200m Row 1:1
3 mins rest between each set.
Goal pace:
400m @1:50/2:00
300m @140/1:50
200m @AFAP
*Goal is to set a realistic pace for thew 400 & 300m efforts that can be sustained over the 4 sets, leaving you enough energy in the tank to give max effort for each of the 200m’s.
