1 lap spiderman lunge

5 Stationary Inchworm + 1 push up

Micro band crab walks

10 wall squats

Strength:

Thruster (4 Sets 1 Rep)

Work at 75% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Metcon (Weight)

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (as heavy as possible) or 10 laps of the gym.

Rest 3 mins into:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Min amrap:

15 Pull ups

15 Abmat sit-ups
