Partner Wod:
40 min AMARAP:
400m run (together)
Then each partner must complete
1 round:
Cindy:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
400m run (together)
Then each partner must compete:
2 rounds of Cindy “each”
400m run (together)
Then 3 rounds of Cindy “each”
And so on for 40mins
* 1 partner rest while the other completes a whole round of Cindy. Then the other completes a round.
* no rounds of Cindy can commence until both partners are back from the run.
* Each partner Increases a round of Cindy after each 400m run.
