Warm-up

1 min Frog Stretch

1 min Couch stretch each side

30 sec Lower Back/Hipflexor each side

1 min Puppy Dog Pose

30 Sec Twisted Cross each side

1 min Ankle Mobility

10 Barbell Good Mornings

5 Barbell back Squats

5 Strict Press

5 Deadlifts

20 Glute Bridges (Body weight)

The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)

Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
Here each piece will be capped at 15 minutes.

If you find your Strict Press total earlier, get started on your deadlift.

For those of you not interested in testing 1RM’s, stay light to moderate and complete 3-4 sets of 8 reps of each movement, keeping in mind to stay within the 15 mins for each piece.

Score is total weight lifted over the three lifts.
