*Record the total Cals over the 15 working sets. Let the machine tick over but no extra work in the minute rest. You must come to a complete stop on your machine.
Push hard each minute. We are aiming for roughly 15-20 + cals Per minute consistently. Not on the machine to bludge. Work hard for that rest period.
