Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, alternate sets to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

3 Push press 50/30kg

6 Box Jump-Overs

9 Kettlebell Swings

Rest 3 mins

Metcon (Calories)

Team Conditioning:

In teams of ….., alternate every 15-20 calories in order to complete as many calories as possible in 12 minutes of:

Assault bike or Rower.

Numbers per team will depend on how many in the class.
