Teams of 4 complete:
100 DB Snatches @22.5/15kg
200 Double Unders
100 Deadlifts @80/60kg
200 Double Unders
50 Bar Muscle up or 100 Pull-ups
200 Double Unders
100 Power cleans @60/40kg
200 Double Unders
**2 athletes run 200m and must stay together whilst 2 work through reps. 1 person working at one time. When runners return, athletes must swap.
**One barbell per team.
**Change own weight for movements
**Scale any movement/weight as needed.
