Back Squat (15 minutes to find 1 Rep Max )
15 minutes to find a safe 1 Rep Max.
Please keep all Lifts safe throughout testing week!
Your rep is only counted if you reach full range, hip crease below knees and stand to full extension. We do not want to see anyone collapsing under bars!!!
Clean (15 minutes to establish 1 rep max )
15 minutes to establish 1 rep max. Beginners can power clean if not confident getting into the full squat clean position. Do not lift above your potential. If you find a weight earlier than our bigger lifters please use the remaining time to practice your lifts at a lighter weight after recording your heaviest lift.
