Add 5kg on last week performance @80%.
If you did not do last weeks Deadlift, build to 80% of your 1RM and do 4 sets 3 reps.

On every 5 mins for 3 sets complete:
10 Alt Dumbbell Over head Lunges ( L)
10 Alt Dumbbell Over head Lunges (R)
15 T2B
20 Alt Dumbbell snatches
25 Ab-mat sit-ups
