5 Inchworm 2 push-ups
20 scorpions
hip flexor & Lower back stretch
Hamstring box stretch 2 mins

Deadlift (20 mins to establish 1RM Deadlift)
Keep tight & stay safe!!
Push Ups (1 attempt at tipo de viagra natural max effort stict push-ups)
Tricep push-ups. (Elbows in tight)
*Scaled option is on knees. Elbows still in tight!
Strict Pull-ups (1 attempt at max effort strict pull-ups)
No Kip!
Start movement at full extension, activate scapulars drawing them down your back as you pull your chin to and above the cross bar. Lower back to full extension of the arms before dropping off the bar.
