Front Squat (3 sets 3 reps @90% 1RM 2min rest)
Focus on getting out of the bottom as fast as possible. Build to your 90% over 4- 5 sets then complete 3 x 3 @90% of your 1RM.
If you havent got any history on your front squat, you have 15 mins to establish a heavy triple front squat.
