– 4:00 Cap on each round, start you next round after a minutes rest.
– Once you complete the run and burpee’s, you will work for the remainder of the four minutes to accumulate max machine calories. You have one minutes rest between each round.
– If you cannot run, perform 300M on row/ski or 600M on Bikeerg.
