Bench Press

Build or Stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets .

Use first set as a warm-up set.

Incline Barbell Bench Press (4 x 8)

4 x 8 Reps

Build or Stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets.

3 Way Dumbbell Shoulder (3 x 30 reps)

1 Rep Of each Movement x 10
Shoulder Conditioning

[Light Load]

Stationary Dips (4 x 10)

SUBS

– Reduce Reps

– Use Bands

– 20 Box Dips

– 20 Banded Dips

Barbell Reverse Curls (4 x 10)

[Light Load]

Generally barbell only will be enough.

Bar comes just below chest height.

Keep elbows in tight to your sides.
