60 sec rest for the team.
12 mins on the rower for max cals
60 sec rest for the team.
12 mins on the Ski erg for max cals.
*Two rest while 1 works as hard as possible for 60 seconds. Keep rotating every minute until 12 mins is complete.
*Score total cals for the three piece.
