BUILD UP AND COMPLETE 3 SETS 12 REPS AT SAME WEIGHT FOR THE THREE WORKING SETS. 90 SEC REST

Complete AFAP:

Cals assault bike
each team member complete 1 rope climb after each set. Reset the bike each time you get on. Each team member has to complete 10-1 cal in order.
