30 red banded lat pull-downs

30 Red banded Tricep Ext

30 Green banded SLDL

30 red banded nose bridges

Dumbbell Flat Bench Press (Unilateral 3 x 8 each side)

Bent Over Row (3 x 8 with 2 sec pause )

Metcon (Weight)

2 Way Dumbbell :

Side raise x 10

Front raise x 10

Repeat side raise into front raise each rep.
Keep this light and strict.
