You may build is stay the same load over the 4 sets.

Loads should be on the heavier side for this movement.

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

Aim for heavy load for all 4 sets.

Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Using two DB’s complete 4×12 alternate standing rows.

Aim for moderate to heavy loads.
