You can build through these sets

Rest 2 min between sets

2 Position Landmine Row (3×8 reps in each position)

Regular Landmine row into
Lateral Landmine Row
Same weight for 3 sets

Rest 2 min between sets

Barbell Front Raises (3×12-15 reps)

Palms facing down
Hand at shoulder width
Raise bar to 90deg
Tight core, don’t sway
Same weight for 3 sets

Rest 90sec between sets

Incline Tate Press (3×10)

Holding 2 DB’s palms facing forward
Lower DB head to chest so that knuckles face each other
Press out to full extension
Keep palms facing forward throughout
Same weight for 3 sets

Rest 90sec between sets

Dual Low Band Bicep Curl (3×12)

Set up 2 bands at the bottom of 2 seperate uprights
From full extension curl both bands at the same time
Rest 90sec between sets
