Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (4 x 10)

Use the first set as a warm-up, then build or stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets.

Seated Military Press (Weight)

Barbell Military Press

4 x 8

Build or stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets.

Barbell Upright Row (3 x 10)

Build or stay the same weight.

Rest as needed between sets.

Barbell Reverse Curls (3 x 10)

Keep Elbows in tight. Bring the bar up until your elbows reach 90 degree bend.
