Single Leg DB Step Ups (3×8 each leg)

Choose a challenging load

Rest 90sec between sets

Bulgarian Split Squats (3×8 each leg)

Choose a challenging load

Rest 90sec between sets

Chest Support Rear Delts (3×10)

– Lie face down on on incline bench
– Holding 2 DB’s with palms facing toward your feet
– Pull DB’s towards your upper back
– Control to starting position
Same weight for 3 sets

Rest 90sec between sets

Barbell Bicep Curl 21’s (3×21)

3 Sets:
7 Bottom Half Barbell Bicep Curls
7 Top Half Barbell Bicep Curls
7 Full Barbell Bicep Curls

* Rest as needed between sets.

* Empty Bar or minimal weight should be enough to feel the burn on this one. Now swinging through the shoulders or hips. Open Elbows to full extension each rep.

Keep elbows tucked at side
Bring bar to just above forehead
Squeeze at lockout
