DB Incline Bench Press (4×10)
Drive feet into the floor and head into the bench
Same weight for all sets
Rest 2min between sets
Incline Seal Rows (3×10)
Palms facing toward each other
Elbows tucked at side
Squeeze at the top of the rep
Bring to full extension
Same weight for all sets
Rest 90 seconds between sets
DB Lateral Raise (Thumbs Up) (3×15)
Slight hinge in hips
Holding 2 DB palms facing forward
Bring DB’s to ear height
Control back to starting position
Same weight for all sets
Rest 90seconds between sets
Lee Priest Tricep Extensions (3xMax Reps)
Hands shoulder width apart
Tight core, Keep back straight
Elbows tucked by side
Bar goes to back of head
Rest 90 sec between sets
Single Leg Deficit Calf Raises (3×15)
Lower down until heal is below toes
Drive through ball of foot
Squeeze at the top of the movement
Same weight for 3 sets
Rest 90seconds between sets
