10 Barbell Wrist Rotations

5 Front Squats

Front Squat (Decreasing Reps/Increasing wight)

Front Squat 10-8-6-4-2

On the 2:30 x 5 Sets:

Set 1: 10 Reps @ 65%

Set 2: 8 Reps

Set 3: 6 Reps

Set 4: 4 Reps

Set 5: 2 Reps

Increasing up on last weeks 10 reps by 5% if possible. If you did NOT front Squat last Monday, Start @60%.
