Power Clean & Push Jerk (12 mins to establish a heavy 5 reps)

You have no more than 12 minutes to establish a 5RM power clean & push jerk. Start from an empty bar.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 power cleans

10 toes-to-bars

Men: 80kg

Women: 50kg
