– SNATCH HIGH PULL- FAST OUT OF THE HIP CREESE ELBOWS HIGH, BAR PATH TIGHT TO THE BODY
POWER SNATCH- FOLLOW THROUGH THE ABOVE 2 MOVEMENTS, FAST TURNAROUND INTO THE RECEIVING POSITION (CATCH) . STAND BAR TO FULL EXTENSION.
