5 Sets 3 Reps @Light Weights
3 Second Pause In Bottom of Squat
Use Lighter Bar or PVC if needed.
This Piece should set you up for the coming lifts.
Power Snatch (EMOM 8 x 2)
If you wish to build on some strength today, this is your piece.
Reps do not have to be TNG but take minimal rest between reps.
Build safely.
Squat Snatch + Power Snatch + OHS (GoE90 x 6 Sets)
If you have trouble with mobility, make sure to stay light and use this as a technique piece.
Aim to TNG this complex.
Only go as low technique allows in the squatting movements.
