5 sets of the following:

2 x Muscle snatch

2 x snatch balance

1 x High hang snatch

set 1 @20/15kg

set 2 @30/20

set 3 @35/25

set 4 @40/30

set 5 @45/32.5

Snatch (EMOM % work. Full snatch. )

Perform EMOM as follows:

Min 0-1, 3 snatch @65%

Min 1-2, 2 snatch @70%

Min 2, 1@75%

Rest 3rd minute then:

min 4-3 snatch @70%

min 5-2 snatch @75%

min 6-1 snatch @80%

Rest min 7 then:

min 8-1 snatch @85%

min 9-1 snatch @1-2.5kg

min 10- 1snatch @1-2.5kg

Aim is to have no misses.
