Tall Jerk

Clean Pull + Hang Power clean (3 sec pause above the knee on the clean pull. )

Build to a moderate to heavy lift.

Going one every 90 seconds x 8 sets.


1 Power Clean + 2 Split jerks (15 mins to build to a Heavy single)
