Aim for Increasing Load foreach block of 5 Sets.

Record Last 5 Set Load.

Snatch Pull

Go Every 90s x 6 Sets;

4 TNG @ 95% 1RM

All sets @same weight.

Power Snatch

Go Ever 45s x 15 Sets:

3 TNG @same load all the way.

Chose a challenging load you can maintain TNG the entire way.

Keep in mind it’s a short turn around between rounds.
