12 Minutes to do 6 sets off the empty barbell.

This is not a heavy drill. Stay light and focus on good position and hold the correct pauses.

1 Snatch Deadlift to Mid Thigh + 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Deadlift to Hip Crease + 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Power Snatch

Go Every 2 Minutes x 5 Sets;

Find the correct positions over adding load to the bar.

You must hold onto the bar for the entire complex.
