Complete as many reps as possible in 28 minutes of: (4 Sets)

Max-rep strict pull-ups

Row 400 meters

Bike Erg 800m

Each time you break a set of pull-ups, complete a 400m Row.

Remaining Time In Each 7:00 Block, Rest.

If you Can’t Get 10 reps Unbroken RX, use a band that allows 10 reps min each round.
