Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of two, partners will alternate complete rounds, and work through as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

12 Cal of Row or 9 Cal Assault Bike

12 Wallball @9/6kg

10 HRPU

8 Deadball over shoulder @AHAP
