ACTIVATION
EMOM x 9 (3 Rounds):
Minute 1: 10 Barbell Good Mornings
Minute 2: Superman Hold 0:30 sec
Minute 3: 12 Red Banded Face Pulls
Deadlift (6 Sets 2 Reps @80% of your 1RM )
Build up to 80% of to your 1 Rep max and Complete all 6 sets, 2 reps at 80%.
Once everyone is ready, Go Every 90 Seconds
Go lighter if need be.
If you haven’t been deadlifting consistently, definitely start lighter than 80%. Go off how your feeling.
