Bench Press (3 sets 12 reps 90 sec rest. )
Build to a weight that you can complete 3 sets 12 reps at the same weight. Take 90 sec rest in-between your working sets. Use a spoter.

10 wall squats
3 sets:
5 scap pulls
5 HRPU
5 air squats
