Min 2- 50 Double under or 30 sec max reps.

Min 3- Nose & Toes Handstand Hold x 30 seconds

Minute 1 – 200/150m Row

Minute 2 – 8-12 T2B

Minute 3 – 20 bottom of the ring hold

Minute 4 – 8-12 Pistol squats.
