Table top stretch 30 sec

frog stretch x 90 sec

Couch stretch x 30 sec each leg

60 sec static squat hold

3 x Snatch pull

3 x power snatch

3 x OHS

3 x snatch ballance

3 x full snatch

Snatch (Establish 1RM)

Warm-up drop reset reps as follows:

3-3-3-2-2

Remaining time take 10-15 mins on single lifts increasing weight each lift until you establish your 1RM.
