Split Jerk (12 mins to build to heavy single)

12 mins to build to heavy single.

Then:

3 x 3 @80% of aboves heavy single.

Split Jerk (3 sets 3 reps 90 sec rest)

Clean Pull (4 x 3 drop reset @your 1RM)

2 mins rest

Focus on controlled pull from ground and making contact of the mid to high quad position.
