10 shuttle runs

1 lap Spiderman lunge

1 Lap Inchworm + 1 push up

10 Wall squats

Split Jerk (4 Sets 2 reps (from 80%))

Work at 80% of 1RM C&J.

Target 5kg increase / week if work sets are above 100kg.

Target 2.5kg increase / week if work sets are below 100kg.

On Every 4 mins for 20 mins (5 rounds):

200m run

40 Double unders

20 Push-ups

10 Burpee 2 target
