10 Wall squats

Split Jerk (4 Sets 2 reps (from 80%))

Work at 80% of 1RM C&J.

Target 5kg increase / week if work sets are above 100kg.

Target 2.5kg increase / week if work sets are below 100kg.

200m run

40 Double unders

20 Push-ups

10 Burpee 2 target
