1 lap Spiderman lunge

1 Lap Inchworm + 1 push up

3 mins Hand stand hold Practise

Shoulder Press (5 Sets x 5 Reps @65% 1RM 90 Sec rest)

Strict press. 5 Sets x 5 Reps @65% 1RM.

Same weight across all working sets.

Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:

Minute 1 – Shuttle runs x 5 reps (B2G)

Minute 2 – Toes-2-Bar x 6-8 reps

Minute 3 – Floor DB/KB Press x 8 reps
