Death by Front squat @ 70/45kg

min 1 – 1 rep

min 2 – 2 reps

min 3 – 3 reps

etc till failer or time beats you.
From the floor. Can squat clean the 1st rep.

Part A.

8 mins to establish 1rm Clean & Jerk with partner. Combine total weight with partner. (start with empty bar).

1 minute rest to adjust bars for part B

Part B.

6 mins to complete “Double Grace”

60 reps of clean & jerk @60/40kg.

*must go rep for rep with your partner till completeion.
