30 sec spiderman lunge hold

micro banded crab walks

Clean and Jerk (Establish 1RM (rep max) )

You have no more than 20 minutes to establish you 1RM C&J.

Back Squat (Establish 1RM (rep max))

You have no more than 20 minutes to establish you 1RM back squat.
